SKETCH PROJECT includes a design project (2-3 layout options); photorealistic 3D visualization, sketches and collages of all rooms; development of style, visual arrangement of furniture and development of kitchen equipment, preparation of the final planning solution.

A STANDARD PROJECT assumes the following set of services: site visit, measurements, consultation, concept development, draft design, 3D visualization, necessary plans.

A FULL PROJECT provides for on-site visits, measurements, consultation, concept development, sketches, layouts, 3D visualization, construction drawings, selection of materials, furniture and equipment.

AUTHOR'S SUPPORT . By ordering an architectural or design project, you can include control and support of the project at each stage in the YOUR COMFORTABLE HOME service package. The curator goes to the construction site 1-2 times a week, personally selects materials and furniture, makes adjustments to the working drawings that may arise after dismantling old partitions and erecting new ones, leveling floors, walls and ceilings.

ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT is an integral, important and full-fledged part of a working project for the construction of a private house or other object, which describes the structure and creates a general idea of it. The architectural project contains a visualization of the project, a list of all drawings and plans with general data, instructions for maintaining masonry, an insolation scheme, etc.
